Payment

You can pay via PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, Klarna Invoice, and bank transfer. 

Shipping

Domestic: Shipping is done via DHL. You will usually receive your order within 2-3 business days. The cost is 4,95€. This is waived for orders with a total value of 80€.

International: It is also possible to receive our goods outside of Germany. The flat-rate shipping cost is 9,95€.

Returns

You have the option to return ordered goods within 14 days. However, you will have to cover any resulting costs yourself. We will refund your money as quickly as possible. Please always send us an email to sales@welateminshop.com before returning the goods, or send us a direct message on Instagram.
