Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following terms, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you have named (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the final goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Welatê Min Shop, Büchel 12-14 41460 Neuss Germany, E-Mail: sales@welateminshop.com) via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from you choosing a type of delivery other than the standard, cheapest delivery option offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, features, and functionality.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
This right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not resident in a European Union member state at the time of contract conclusion, and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at that time.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all included accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer package. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a suitable package to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us free of charge.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not requirements for the valid exercise of your right of cancellation.
