Payment information

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment methods. Payment is always made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: Payment is due 14 days from the shipment of the goods/ticket/ or, for other services, when the service is made available. You can find the terms and conditions for invoice purchases for deliveries to Germany here and for deliveries to Austria here.
  • Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna’s financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but no less than 6.95 EUR) or under any other terms specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of the month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice.   • Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after you submit your order.
  • Direct debit: The funds will be deducted after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the exact date via email. ( Please only list payment methods here that you actually offer.)

Using the invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit payment methods requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, we will transfer your data to Klarna during the order initiation and fulfillment of the purchase agreement for the purposes of address and credit verification. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods permitted based on the results of the credit check.
